Carrie is a Registered Medical Assistant and dedicated veterinary professional serving pet families at Wedgewood Pet Clinic in Oklahoma City. She brings four years of experience in veterinary medicine, along with nearly ten years in human healthcare, including eight years in urgent care and two years in pediatrics. This diverse medical background allows Carrie to approach veterinary care with strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a deep sense of compassion for both patients and their families.
Carrie finds her work most rewarding when she is able to help animals feel better while supporting the people who love them. She values Wedgewood’s supportive, collaborative environment and its shared focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Carrie is committed to continuing to grow her medical knowledge, strengthen her technical abilities, and contribute positively to the clinic team, clients, and patients.
Outside of the clinic, Carrie enjoys being a mom to her daughter, Evelyn Louise, attending Thunder games, listening to live music, and traveling, especially to Colorado. She lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Halston, and their family pets: Simba, Barbra Jean, and Maya.
